Autumn Leaves Fall and So Does Your Immune System!

Autumn leaves are beginning to turn in some areas of the world
with the beauty of the fall danger lies.

The cold and flu season is just around the corner. As the summer
humidity drops and more people are stuck indoors germs are
building up ready for to attack. The dryer winter air helps germs
move more freely thereby making it risky to be in a room full of
people.

If you have your minerals and nutrients balanced then your immune
system is prepared for the germs that will be invading it shortly.
That balance makes it less likely those germs can invade your
body!

If you don't take mineral and vitamin supplements daily it's a sure
thing that you immune system is not prepared.

Rest easy, it's not tool late, hopefully? You have a few weeks
to prepare your system to make this a healthy season for you
and your family! Prepare and you will be awarded for keeping
germs at bay!

The cold and flu season starts within 48 hours of Halloween
trick or treating. I watched that trend during my twenty years
in medical offices and we always prepared for the onslaught
of calls that we knew would start! Just as we prepared for
the patients illness, you too should prepare for the germ
warfare coming your way. That onslaught will start to let up
then Thanksgiving foodfest brought about the next wave and
Christmas and the germfest habit continues through the New
Year's celebrating. The death of the immune system becomes
more severe with each holiday merriment and parties and
continues for several weeks after New Years.

Prepare you and your family to be free from that trend.

Start by removing the stagnant summer junk food from your
body. That can be done very simply or with difficulty. Here is a
detoxing juice that is not only pleasant to taste but does its job.

Detox with a delightful juice drink.

½ cup wheatgrass or fresh parsley
(wheatgrass is a sweeter taste.)
3 carrots
2 apples
2 stalks celery
½ beet with top

Remove apple seeds if not using Vita Mixer. Wash ingredients
and cut into small pieces for juicer. If using a juicer bunch up
wheatgrass or parsley and push trough the juicer with the aid
of a carrot.

Detox is an example of a "green" juice. Green juices are always
great fasting juices because they help cleanse the body of
pollutants, detoxify the liver and have a rejuvenating effect.

Then add a liquid, powder or capsule complete 84 mineral
supplement along with a liquid, powder or capsule total
meganutrient vitamins daily! Stay away from pill form of
either! The sewer plants in cities across America rake
millions of pounds of undigested vitamin and mineral pills
