| Do They Listen To Themselves? | |

The popular TV news anchor said, "The flu vaccine missed the flu
strain that's going around this year." He went on to give the
explanation given to him as to why the strain making its rounds
isn't covering this year's vaccine, and he gave precautions
to take in preventing the flu. "Recommended by the medical
industry," he said.
Sure it was!
The pharmaceutical company wrote that news report and the
reason I think that is, at the end of the report he states,
"Be sure to get to your doctor and get your flu shot today to
stay free of the flu."
Now the beginning statement and the ending statement is so
ridiculous I broke out laughing. If the flu vaccine isn't
touching this years flu outbreak WHY GET THE FLU VACCINE?
Are they listening to what they are saying? I don't think so.
It's a brainless society that isn't paying attention as well and
rushed right out and got the flu vaccine that "ISN'T TOUCHING
the strain of flu going around."
Sadly the flu vaccine that is chosen each year misses the mark
more than it hits it, but for some reason they never get that word
out to people. Why this year? I don't know for sure, except that
it may be because it's killing many people earlier than usual and
they are trying to salve their souls. Flu facts is pointing the way
to a much harsher flu season in January and February, creating
possibly more deaths than usual brought about by the shopping

Topping the list of reasons not to get the flu vaccine is that it
won't keep you from getting this year's strain. Acknowledged
by the pharmaceutical company making the vaccine. There
are other reasons but no real need to go into those today.
This one reason should suffice for this year!
How can you be free of the flu during this dangerous time?
Three Simple Preventions are;
1. Wash your hands every time you touch something that is
brought in from the grocery store, pharmacy, hardware, etc.
HANDLING ANYTHING ANYONE ELSE TOUCHED is a
need to WASH YOUR HANDS. Carry wipes with you, for
that purpose, when away from home.
2. Get your immune system in tune by eating a proper diet.
Get AT THE LEAST five or ten minutes of walking or other
exercise daily, and supplement with a total 84 liquid
mineral trace mineral supplement, megavitamins and
antioxidants!
3. This is the hardest prevention action for this time of year,
but STAY AWAY FROM CROWDS until your immune
system is fine-tuned and flu proofed. People's
inconsiderate lifestyle of going out even when coughing

they may have had the nasal vaccine, which puts you
at risk!
